Every season
Parts & service
The reason to buy it here
One building
The parts counter, the service bay and the technician who knows the model are in the same building as the salesperson who sold it.
In season, on the phone
Commercial crews get priority scheduling in the cutting months. Everyone gets somebody who picks up.
Stocked for what we sell
Blades, filters and belts for current Ferris models are on the shelf, not ordered from scratch when you need them.
Set up before it leaves
Decks leveled, machine assembled and checked, delivered ready to cut rather than ready to unbox.
Book service
Tell us the machine and the week
Two ways in: call the store that will do the work, or leave the details and the service desk calls you back.
- In-season crews
- Priority scheduling through the cutting months, arranged with your salesperson so the machine is off the trailer for as little time as possible.
- Pickup and delivery
- Available from every store that sells Ferris. Ask when you book — it is often cheaper than the hours you would lose.
- Winter work
- The right time for anything that is not urgent. Blades, belts, bearings and deck work, booked before the season starts.
- Warranty claims
- Handled by the store, not by you. If it is covered we deal with the paperwork.
What we would tell a crew
Book winter work in November
Everything that can be done in the off-season costs you nothing in lost hours. Everything left until April competes with every other crew in the county for the same service slot.
- Blades, belts and bearings before the first cut
- Deck leveled and checked while it is quiet
- A machine that starts the season instead of interrupting it
The parts counter
What is on the shelf
Wear items for the Ferris models we sell are stocked. Anything deeper is ordered against our own stock rather than from nothing.
Wear
Spindles, pulleys, castors
Fluids
Oil, hydraulic fluid, grease
Bring the model and serial number, or a photo of the plate. It is the difference between one trip and two.
